In the past, you had to either give up security, performance, or quality and pay a king’s ransom for an MPLS circuit to connect to the Cloud. The WiredIQ® BrainBox has patent pending, breakthrough SD-WAN technology, that leverages the cost saving advantages of securely combining multiple, low-cost Internet connections. This allows you to access managed services such as Business Grade Unified Communications and your other Cloud applications faster and better. The BrainBox does this while maintaining secure, private IPVPN network connections between your business locations and protecting your network with PCI and HIPAA compliant security. As a bonus, you can deploy the Internet of Things (IoT) applications such as Surveillance, Building Controls, LED Lighting and Burglar Alarms.
BrainBox has a Citrix Xen Hypervisor which includes a router based on Cisco network security products coupled with the WiredIQ SD-WAN network which support up to 3 WAN connections that can be bonded in active configurations and / or setup up as failover networks to one another.
The SD-WAN Network also consists of a cloud server which resides in the AWS infrastructure to connect remote applications, locations and users to the Paramount network via a 256-bit military grade encrypted tunnel.
Firewall, Intrusion Detection and a Content filter licensed from Cisco make up the Unified Threat Management and are configured in a zero-trust configuration which is PCI Compliant.
The BrainBox also provides the management of voice traffic via a back-to-back user agent and session border controller and the SD-WAN network to minimize voice quality issues by prioritizing voice data packets and avoiding the voice quality issues that arise when SIP voice traffic is made to traverse NAT at the edge of a customers’ network. The BrainBox also facilitates the video surveillance application and the access control software to manage the reuse security of the facility in separate virtual machines.
